Portobello pizza snackers...



 
I love pizza. It's almost dangerous how much! But, I can't eat that kind of doughy goodness every day, so a while back I decided to try making mini pizzas with portobello mushrooms instead thanks to a pin I found on Pinterest.
 
It's really simple. Clean and scrape a portobello mushroom, cover with pizza sauce, add your favourite medley of toppings, (in this case I used tomatoes, spinach and honey ham), sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and fresh chopped basil, then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Sure the melted cheese probably doesn't make this one-hundred-percent healthy but it's one of my favourite snacks by far.
